Last month it was vegetarian week where vegetarian foods was promoted all over the country. ReplyDeleteI'm a vegetarian with a varied taste in foods, I love spicy South Asian foods, Mexican, Far East as well as European cuisines. I think my favourite meal at the moment, however, is an Iranian salad made with couscous, mint, sage, lime powder and feta cheese amongst other flavours - delicious!

ReplyDeleteWe're into salads at the moment and the fave topping is southern fried Quorn chick strips with some Tesco veggie bacon slices fried up crispy, and got to have some ranch dressing on top and a sprinkle of cheese.
