I am very particular about having good quality pots and pans in my kitchen, in this instance less is more. For a family of 4, I always have 2 small pans, 3 medium sized pans 2 large stock pans, a cast iron wok and a couple of frying pans with lids. For things like quick drop pancakes, frying eggs and omelettes I like small practical non stick pans with a good non stick coating.
I particularly like the OXO good grips PRO non stick 20 cm pan. It's ideal for preparing small portions of food. It has many features such as:
- Hard Anodised
- Magneto Induction Base which guarantees superior heat transfers on all hobs
- 3 layer PFOA-free non stick coating
- Dish washer safe
- Lifetime Warranty
- Comfortable handle
- Oven safe
- Drip free edge
The OXO good grips pan also comes in 24cm and 28cm sizes which are perfect for family cooking. The pan is sturdy and robust and definitely an asset in any kitchen.
I was sent an OXO good grips frying for review all the opinions and views are my own.
I love my OXO good grips pan, and as always whatever I try in my kitchen I like a reader to have a chance to try the same. OXO has been very generous and have agreed to provide a 20 cm pan for one citrusspice uk reader.

I like to be super organised when it comes to storing ingredients, I have a cupboard specifically for herbs & spices & one for baking products, baking products in pretty jars and labelled (sad I know!!)
ReplyDeletetubs
ReplyDeleteI use Oxo Good Grips Pop containers which are easy to open and close and keep my food air tight
ReplyDelete5, a frying pan, a sauce pan and a set of 3 steamer pans.
ReplyDeleteIn air tight plastic containers that store nicely in my kitchen cupboards
ReplyDeleteI have various tins and jars for dry ingredients and a wonderful spice rack too :)
ReplyDeleteDepending on the ingredient I would either store them in the fridge, in appropriate containers, or original packaging. I particularly like to re-use the big glass coffee granule jars for spices :-)
ReplyDeleteHow many pans do you think you should have in your kitchen?
ReplyDeleteThe honest answer is "just one more" because no matter how many there are, something always ends up being cooked in the wrong size pan!
Some of my ingredients are in lockable tubs & some are in the packets they were brought in :)
ReplyDeleteIt depends on the ingredient! Most of our kitchen stuff is organised in our high cupboards, arranged by type of ingredient: baking stuff in one cupboard, spreads, honeys etc on one shelf, pasta/rice etc on another, tins on another...
