That's a good way to get extra vegetables on the table without the children knowing and I like the idea of using courgettes which I really struggle with if eating on their own.

So simple yet so tasty. I make a variation on this with a load of vegetables to get into my little boys system

This looks perfect now the weather has changed

Brilliant recipe for using up odds & sods of left over veg in the fridge.

Great recipe, both for using things up and also to get the kids to eat more veg.

I love homemade tomato pasta sauce – I usually make mine with a tin of tomatoes, Lea & Perrins sauce, stir-fried peppers and onions, sweetcorn and black pepper. Had a shop bought sauce today for speed sake and didn't like it now I'm used to home-made sauces!

Really nice variation of a very common sauce

this looks amazing. I've actually been wanting to make my own tomato sauce for pasta so this is perfect

Such a great staple recipe to have it would be great to make a huge batch for lasagna bolognese or ragu, all kinds of Italian yummy things to store away in the freezer – thank you 🙂
