Hotel and Restaurants in Liberec Crystal Valley

Pytloun Grand Hotel Imperial-Liberec

Pytloun Imperial Hotel Liberec

A visit to Liberec in the Czech Republic is well worth considering. My guide to hotel and restaurants in Liberec Crystal Valley are included in this post.

I stayed at the Pytloun Grand Hotel Imperial, a 4-star hotel. The hotel is part of the Pytloun Hotels chain and caters to both business and leisure travellers. It is located within walking distance of Liberace’s town hall and square.

Facilities at the Pytloun Grand Hotel Imperial-Liberec

I found the hotel to be very comfortable, and the service was excellent. The hotel was great in every way. There were thoughtful touches like afternoon tapas in the lobby and a minibar filled with drinks and chocolates in the bedroom that made the stay memorable. The Zlatý Kohout restaurant serves the finest of modern Czech and international cuisine and an excellent selection of hot and cold food at breakfast.

A variety of rooms are available at the hotel, including superior, deluxe and premium rooms. These rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and anti-allergic bedding. There are a selection of pillows available in the room to suit all sleeping positions.

Pytloun Grand Hotel Imperial-Liberec hotel rooms include all the amenities we expect from a hotel, including air conditioning/heating and WiFi. In the rooms there is a safety deposit box, an ironing kit, and tea and coffee for guests to use. This made the stay very comfortable. The room had electronic blackout curtains and mood lighting all operated by a remote control.. I loved the Jacuzzi bathtub in the bathroom. It was perfect for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing.

There is a lovely bar area and a lounge for relaxing and enjoying a drink. There is a grand hall in the hotel that can be used for weddings, christenings and other functions. Pytloun Grand Hotel Imperial-Liberec offers all the comforts that a person needs for an enjoyable stay.

Restaurants in the Liberec and Crystal Valley

Na Krasne Vyhlidce and Radnicni Sklipek Restaurants

I would recommend Na Krasne Vyhlidce and Radnicni Sklipek for sampling authentic Czech cuisine. There is a vast menu with some very special Czech dishes on the menu.

Being vegetarian I was excited to discover some vegetarian Czech dishes, sadly majority of the dishes were meat-based. I did enjoy a couple of traditional vegetarian Czech dishes that were suitable. The Smazeny Syr (fried cheese) served with potatoes and a salad, as well as Kulajda (dill soup) are delicious and definitely worth trying.

Potrefena Husa

Potrefena Husa is a delightful place to visit if you want a tasty veggie pasta dish. I really enjoyed this delicious garlicy pasta dish that just had a slight spicy kick. The menu is varied and tere is agreat selection for all tastes including many Czech dishes too.

Q Burger

Q Burger in Jablonec nad Nisou is a lovely restaurant to enjoy a variety of burgers. I enjoyed a delicious vegetarian burger and ice cream. There are many options of burgers available together with lots of side dishes.

Burger with fries, coleslaw and Salad

Ajeto Tavern

Ajeto Tavern, offers a unique type of experience. You can watch a glass making demonstration, whilst enjoying a Czech Meal with a special glass-makers beer.

Deep fried potatoes with salad

Jested Tower restaurant

The highlight of the evening for me was a sunset dinner at the Jested Tower restaurant which features spectacular views and a Czech menu with some international vegetarian options.

There are many hotels and restaurants in Liberec Crystal Valley, these are just a few that I had the opportunity to visit.
